உயிரின் விளக்கம்

உயிரே நினது பெருமை யாருக்குத் தெரியும்? நீ கண்கண்ட தெய்வம். எல்லா விதிகளும் நின்னால் அமைவன. எல்லா விதிகளும் நின்னால் அழிவன. உயிரே, நீ காற்று, நீ தீ, நீ நிலம், நீ நீர், வானம். தோன்றும் பொருள்களின் தோற்ற நெறி நீ. மாறுவனவற்றை மாற்றுவிப்பது நின் தொழில். பறக்கின்ற பூச்சி, கொல்லுகின்ற புலி, ஊர்கின்ற புழு, இந்தப் பூமியிலுள்ள எண்ணற்ற உயிர்கள், எண்ணற்ற உலகங்களிலுள்ள எண்ணேயில்லாத உயிர்த்தொகைகள் - இவையெல்லாம் நினது விளக்கம் - பாரதி

சிறுகதை

வெகு நாட்களாக சிறுகதை எழுத வேண்டும் என்று நினைத்திருந்தேன். நகரதனமான வாழ்கையில் பெரும் கதைகளை தான் பார்க்கிறோமே தவிற சிறுகதை எழுத எண்ணங்கள் ஒரு இடத்தில உட்காருவதில்லை. சற்றே என கிராமம் நோக்கி பயணிக்க இதோ புறப்பட்டேன். அமைதியான சூழ்நிலை, ஆலமரம், புளியமரம் அன்பான மக்கள், அலைபாயும் நீரோடை, கழனி வாழ் உழவர்கள், வாழ்க்கையை பெரிதாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ளாத பெருசுகள், படிப்பு மட்டுமே வாழ்க்கை இல்லை என்பதை புரிந்து கொண்ட சிறுசுகள், பணம் பண்ணுவதை மட்டுமே லட்சியமாக கொள்ளாத இளந்தாரிகள், சமூகத்திற்காக உயிரையே விடும் மக்கள் இன்னும் எத்தனை பேர். ஒன்று மறந்து விட்டேன் என்னை பற்றி ஒரு சிறு விளக்கம். நான் அந்த கிராமத்தில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்தவன். கடந்த 30 வருடங்களாக வெளி நாட்டில் வசித்து விட்டு இதோ உங்களுடன் என ஊருக்கு பயணத்தை துவங்குகிறேன். நான் எழுதபோகும் சிறுகதையோடு சேர்த்து என மக்களையும் அறிமுக படுத்துகிறேன்.

Why Kishore Biyani should worry about Oracle

Kishore Biyani can think of hundred ways to improve his Future group and business diversification.But why should he think of Oracle when none of his businesses are competing with Oracle.He can just browse to the Oracle book of accounts and comment on them.This was the thought of mine till last week and this totally went on a review by my friend.Actually we were working on Oracle stuff searching on some of the latest Oracle releases.My friend want to take some shirts to present to his friend and for himself.Suddenly he searched for a Pantaloon shop near by and went there at the company closing hours.He took some shirts for his friend and in the mean time he got some idea of Oracle stuff and he came back without looking one for him.This is the point where Oracle can comment on the Biyani's book of accounts.Of course Biyani succeeded in TOMA by bringing Pantaloon in front of my friend and failed to retain him in the shop for a while.Businesses need to rethink the strategy and find ways to retain the customer as was designed and improved by the Retail shops like Reliance Time OUT,Spencers etc...My idea is to make the points whereby the business got affected and not to criticize the Pantaloons visual Merchandising. The point to be noted is "A business can get competitors from any corner and anyone can be the competitor to anyone".Let us ask a question to yourself,"why Intel should worry about Nokia". They are noway related to each other.But when Nokia came out with a handset which can support the internet and Sony with android phones which can support thousands of applications, then the need for a computer reduces.There by affecting the Intel Processor for computers in the Industry.A similar situation made Google to launch BUZZ recently to compete with Facebook and LinkedIn.Even then the situation doesn't change.Skype is a competitor to GOOGLE which provides safest way to transfer files between users.Thereby affecting the usage of GTalk.Apart from looking and working on competitors within the same line of business, Nowadays competitor can be from any bush with a different product. Also even if some business attracts customers by creating TOMA, it has to satisfy the customer and retain them and make them to spend a lot. The technology needed by the business may vary but the concept of business remains the same. The basic mantra of business went on a sea change from " Don't underestimate your competitors" to " Do something to retain your customers".Business is always expecting competitors and struggling with the customers.

செம்மொழியான தமிழ் மொழியாம்

கல் தோன்றி முள் தோன்றா காலத்தே என்றெல்லாம் சொல்லப்பட்ட தமிழ் மொழிக்கு ஒரு விழா என்பது சற்றே உகந்த ஒன்றாகதான் தெரிகிறது. நான் இங்கே இந்த செமொழி மாநாடு நடத்தப்படும் அவசியத்தையோ இது கட்சி மாநாடா அல்லது கழக மாநாடா என்றோ இங்கே தமிழ் தான் விவாத பொருளா என்பது பற்றியோ விவாதிக்க விழையவில்லை. என கட்டுரையின் சாரம் அந்த சிறப்பு பாடலை மயமாக கொண்டே செல்லும். இதிலும் இந்த பாடலின் பொருளில் குற்றம் கண்டுபிடிக்க விழையவில்லை. காரணம் நான் அவ்வளவு பெரிய தமிழ் அறிஞர் இல்லை என்பது இல்லை, அந்த பாடலின் வரிகள் என காதிலே விழவே இல்லை என்பதுதான். என அறிவுக்கு ஏறிய அல்லது எட்டிய சில கருத்துகளை நான் இங்கே பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள விழைகிறேன்.
"செம்மொழியான தமிழ்மொழியே" என்ற பாடலில் தமிழின் முழு சிறப்பும் அடங்கி இருக்கிறதா என்பது பற்றி விவாதிக்க தேவை இல்லை. ஏனென்றால் அது அவ்வளவு எளிதான காரியம் இல்லை. எனிவே அதை இப்போதைக்கு ஓரம் கட்டுவோம்.இந்த பாடல் கருவாக்க பட்ட விதம் தான் சற்றே நெருடுகிறது.

௧) முதலில் தமிழ் பாடல்கள் என்பது (என நாட்டுப்புற பாடல்களானாலும் பின்பு வந்த கர்நாடக சங்கீதம் ஆனாலும்) இசையை காட்டிலும் வார்த்தைகளுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்து வார்க பட்டவை வார்த்தைகளே காதில் விழாத மேற்கத்திய கலாச்சாரத்தை தாங்கிய பாடலை பிரதானமாக கொள்வது புரியவில்லை.

௨) பறை, உடுக்கை, தப்பு, தவில் போன்ற தமிழனின் வாத்தியங்கள் எதுவும் இப்பாடலில் பெரிய இடம் பிடிகக்வில்லை என்பது சற்றே நெருடுகிறது.

௩) தமிழுக்கே உரிய வீர விளையாட்டுகளான சிலம்பம், மல்யுத்தம் போன்றவைகளும் காணோம்

௪) எம் தமிழ் மங்கையர் விளையாடும் அம்மானை, பாண்டி, பல்லாங்குழி, சோவி, தாயம், சொக்கட்டான் போன்ற எதையும் காணோம்.

௫) இங்கே தமிழ் மன்னர்கள் கட்டி வைத்த எந்த ஒரு சிற்ப கோயிலும் இல்லை. கடாரம் வென்றவனும், இலங்கை வென்றவனும், இந்தோனேசியா சென்று கோடி நாட்டியவனும் ஒரு வேலை தமிழன் இல்லையோ என்ற ஐயம் எழுகிறது.

௬) என பத்தினி தெய்வம் கண்ணகியையும் காணோம், தன்னில் ஒருவனாய் தெய்வமாய் கும்பிட்ட கருப்பனும், முனியனும் காற்றிலே போனார்கள் போலும்.

௭) தமிழனின் போர் முறைகளான ஈட்டி எறிதல், கவன எறிதல், விற்போர், மற்போர் எதுவும் காணோம்.

௮) வைகை, காவிரி, தென்பெண்ணை, பாலாறு அவை எமக்கு கொடுத்த எழில்மிகு வயல் வெளிகள் எதுவும் காணோம்.

௯) ஏர் பூட்டி உலழும் உழவன் காணோம், எழிலார்ந்த ஓவியங்கள் எதையும் காணோம் , வனப்பான தமிழச்சியை வரியில் காணோம், வரிபுலியை முறத்தால் துரத்தியவலை, தான் கார்சிலம்புகாய் நகர் எரித்தவளை, நட்பின் இலக்கணம் பிசிரந்தயாரை, புலி கொடி, மீன் கொடி இன்னும் பல எங்கே என்று இன்னும் தேடுகிறேன்.

௧௦) அட பாரதியும், பாரதிதாசன் கூடவா மறப்பீர்கள்.

௧௧) OSCAR விருதை ஒரு தமிழன் வாங்கினான் என்பதும் அவனை பெருமை படுத்தும் விதமாக இந்த பாடல் வழங்கபட்டது என்பது மகிழ்ச்சியான செய்தி என்றாலும் அந்த தமிழன் தமிழ் பாரம்பரியத்தை நிலை நாட்டி எந்த விருதும் வாங்கவில்லை. மேற்கத்திய இசையை பறை சாற்றியே அந்த விருது வழங்க பட்டது. கணினி துணை கொண்டு பத்து பதினைந்து பாடல்களை கலந்து கொடுக்கும் ஒருவனை இந்த தமிழ் சமுதாயம் என்றைக்குமே இசை கலைஞராக ஏற்காது.

௧௨) மேலும் இந்த பாடலின் இயக்கம் ஒரு மலையாள மன்னிக்கவும் சேர நாட்டு தமிழனுக்கு வழங்க பட்டது இன்னொரு அபத்தம். ஏதோ ஒரு மேற்கத்திய ஆல்பம் போலே அமைக்க பட்டிருப்பது என்பது மிகவும் வருந்ததக்கது.

௧௩) இந்த "கம்பனாட்டாழ்வனும்" என்ற வார்த்தைக்கு ஒரு ஆட்டம் காண்பித்தார்கள். பாவிகளா 14000 பாடல்களை பாடிய ஒரு தமிழனுக்கு கொடுக்கும் மரியாதை இதுதானா.

The Yellow street in Chennai

Last week I came from office late night which would be around 9 in the evening.I feel very tired and so i decided to walk directly to my room from the bus stop without having a halt in the mess where I usually take food at night.
My brain got almost exhausted and was nearing empty without thinking, because of no major economic reforms in the country after Chidambaram quit the Finance Ministry.Even Mr.Subbarao give me some food for thought by wetting his hands in CRR and repo rates and our Finance Minister Mr.Pranab made the Budget for 2010 with all the loop holes, they won't satisfy or evoke my thoughts as was done by Mr.Chidambaram's comman man budget.Now my thinking was all disturbed by the conductor of the bus announcing that the bus won't go to the stop where I have to go instead would stop before Chepauk stadium because some match was going on.
So without knowing whom to blame for my walk I walked through the BELLS raod where the entrance of Chepauk Cricket stadium is situated. To my surprise the whole street was coloured Yellow (believe me I was not affected by Jaundice) contributed
by the advertisers on the wall to the audience gathered there who were all wearing Yellow dresses.People were rushing to the entrance gates with tickets and those not having the tickets for finding some tickets in black market.Already I got some info from friends that the tickets of Rs.100 were sold for Rs.500 and the rate doubles based on the tickets base price.Now my brain got something to think. Thanks to Lalit modi this time and our Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar (believe me he is agri minister only).

What's so special on that day was a match of Chennai Super Kings.I started thinking of what would be the role of Government in these kinds of games. whether it is useful to the society apart from entertainment.These IPL T20 games are different from regular one day games. I'm not saying in the sense that players are much interested in T20 cricket than the one dayers and their performance rose to amazing level in the T20 than in the One dayers.That is not the cup of tea i want to sip.My thinking was all along the transmission or transition of cricket from a Game to a Gambling which are announced public and played as well.

The specialty of CSK is not only the leadership by Dhoni but also the brand value it earned about $ 48.4 million, or Rs 224 crore followed by KKR as $ 46 million, or Rs 213 crore.These figures are out of the total brand value of the IPL $ 4.1 billion, or Rs 18,998 crore which is double the amount than the last year.The interesting point in the game is that players of the individual team are being selected in a bid (without a tender). The amount the players were being taken is almost undisclosed.There are some rules by the Government supported BCCI that if the bid exceeds some predefined amount by BCCI for a Player, the amount in excess would go to BCCI.
It will make the world's richest cricket board, the richer than the richest by setting a bench mark on its own.Approximately the BCCI is becoming more richer by Rs.750 crore 25 % up than the previous year.

Major industrialists and corporates are in Queue to advertise in the IPL games.There are news from corporate world that the internet giant GOOGLE and the entertainment media made contracts with BCCI for 80 crore and 120 crore for three years. Apart from that lot of companies like MAXX mobile,Karbon,Indiagames,V rock mobile has agreements with BCCI. The tyre giant MRF has agreed to pay Rs 15 crore for displaying a balloon over the stadium for one year.The list is going on and on.

Indians who were already much interested in cricket are now mesmerized by IPL to such an extent that the explosive materials found in the Kingfisher airways to Trivandrum struggled and failed to get the front page status in Media.The ticket rates of the IPL reached the peak since it can attract most people. IPL introduced tickets clubbed with food, pickup and drop and a late night party with the players. But it will cost about a lakh and a half for the semifinals only.

Here we have to see one more thing that the BCCI is not ready to pay TAX for the income it made from IPL claiming it be a CHARITY.I don't know how the Government is allowing all these non-sense happening.Don't the FM know such a huge happening will swipe all the money from the system? Does he know that most of the black money would be converted to White and money laundering will take place? Why we have to get all the money from the system and give it to foreign players who will be given tax exemption for carrying that money away from INDIA.Why we have to collect the money from middle and upper middle class and give it to a charity
like BCCI?What is the Corporate Social Responsibility of BCCI? Whether the IPL will benefit anywhere to the players?

According to GILL, our sports minister, IPL is bluffing the bowlers by making the pitches supportive to the batsman.All major employers or consultants of BCCI are into IPL like our Srikanth. This is not the spirit of the sport and to be stopped.Why government is allowing an event in which the Sports Minister is not happy and the Agriculture Minister is happy.

By this time I crossed the stadium and looked back the street. People were running here and there in the street.They were pretty much in the mood of enjoying a festival.As usual they are not ready to think of the social effects behind IPL and with the sounds from inside the stadium which stretched through the sky the street looked yellow. My eyes were searching for the platform dwellers there, who were all lost in the Global event. I said "Long live our Inclusive growth Policy"
and left away.

காலப் பிழைகள்

சமீபத்தில் நான் ஆயிரத்தில் ஒருவன் என்ற தமிழ் படம் பார்க்க நேர்ந்தது. அதன் காட்சிகளும் , வசனங்களும் சற்றே பார்க்கும் படியாக இருந்தாலும் ஏதோ ஒன்று என் அடி மனதை உறுத்திக் கொண்டே இருந்தது .எங்கோ ஒரு இடத்தில இயக்குனர் சொல்ல வந்ததை சுவைபட சொல்லுவதாய் எண்ணி வரலாறை மறந்து விட்டார் என்றே தோன்றுகிறது. ஆங்கில படத்தின் தாக்கம் அதிகம் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று எண்ணியவர் தமிழ் மரபை மறந்தது வெட்ககேடானது.அந்த படத்திலே பார்த்த ரசித்த சில பிழைகள் இதோ

(௧) சோழர்கள் கருப்பாக அதுவும் அடை கரியாக இருப்பார்கள் என்பது அதீத கற்பனை என்றே சொல்லலாம். இன்றைய தலைமுறையை விட சற்றே கருப்பாக இருக்கலாமே தவிற இவ்வளவு கேவலமாக சித்தரிக்க தேவை இல்லை.

(௨) சோழ அரசன் ஒருவன் பாதுகாக்க பட்டான் என்ற செய்தியை அறிந்த இயக்குனர் அவன் பற்றிய முழு செய்தியையும் படிக்காதது வெட்கம். பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட சோழன் இலங்கையில் இருந்தான் என்றும் பிற்காலத்தில் சோழ சாம்ராஜ்யத்திற்கு வாரிசு இல்லாத குறை எழுந்த போது அவன் வரவழைக்க பட்டான் என்பதும் வரலாறு. ஆனால் அவன் படத்தில் வருவது போல் ஏதோ ஒரு தீவில் அரசாட்சி செய்யவில்லை. அதுவும் காடு வாசிகளுக்கு.

(௩) சோழன் எப்பொழுதும் பரத்தையருடன் கூடி களித்தான் என்பது இன்னொரு அபத்தம். தமிழில் மன்னர்கள் அந்தபுரம் வைத்திருந்தார்கள் என்பதும் அவர்களுக்கு ஆசை நாயகிகள் அதிகம் பேர் இருந்தார்கள் என்பதும் வரலாற்று உண்மைகள். ஆனால் அவன் எப்பொழுதும் இதே வேலையாக இருக்கவில்லை. இவர்கள் பார்த்த ஆங்கில படங்களிலோ அல்லது வட நாட்டு ராஜபுத்திர அரசர்களோ, இசுலாமிய மற்றும் முகமதிய அரசர்களோ இப்படி இருந்தார்கள் என்பதற்கு சான்றுகள் இருக்கின்றன.

(௪) பின்னர் வர போகின்ற நிகழ்வுகளை முன்னமேயே வரைந்து வைப்பது என்பது "பார்த்திபன் கனவு " புத்தகத்தை பாதி படித்திருக்கிறார் இயக்குனர் என்பதை காட்டுகிறது. நிகழ்ந்த நிகழ்வுகளை சித்திரமாக பதிவது பல்லவர்கள் வழக்கே ஒழிய அவை சோழ சமாச்சாரங்கள் இல்லை.

(௫) போர் புரிவதிலேயும், கவன் எறிவது என்பது கோட்டையை நோக்கி வருகின்ற படைகளின் மீதே நிகழ்த்தப்படும் ஒரு போர் முறையே தவிற மலை உச்சியில் இருந்து கவன எறிவது கேலி கூத்து.

(௬) அடிமைகளுள் போர் மூட்டி பார்ப்பது "GLADIATOR" படத்தின் தாக்கமாக இருக்கலாம் ஆனால் தமிழ் மன்னர்களின் முறை இல்லை என்பதே வரலாறு.

(௭) பாண்டியர்களுக்கு மீன் முகம் கொண்ட குல தெய்வம் இருந்தது இன்னொரு கேலி கூத்து. பாண்டிய வம்சதவருக்கு குல தெய்வ சிலைகள் என்பது எதுவும் இல்லை என்பது வரலாற்று உண்மை.

(௧௦) இவற்றிக்கு மகுடம் வைத்தார் போல் இயக்குனர் இதை ஒரு வரலாற்று படமாக எடுக்க வில்லை என்று கூறி இருப்பது இன்னொரு கேலி கூத்து. அப்படியானால் அவர் சோழர்களையும் பாண்டியர்களையும் வம்பிழுக்காமல் இருந்திருக்கலாம்.

எதிர் காலத்தில் இந்த திரைபடத்தை பார்த்து தமிழ் அரசர்களை பற்றி தவறான முடிவிற்கு வருகின்ற பட்சத்தில் இப்படம் ஒரு கால பிழைதான்.

HINDUISM - I

I was not in a mood to share my religious thoughts until some of my friends made me to do so.Still I am not going to cover the religions that originated outside India and have no relation or impact on Hinduism.No one can write about Hinduism fully since it is bound by cultures and people of various ages and various geographic areas.Within my knowledge I will do my level best to say what is Hinduism and what not.First of all there is no religion named Hinduism in India or being mentioned in Vedas.But we have to agree in one way or the other people who lived
in various parts of the country follow a similar kind of culture,way of life, dresses etc... without having communication among themselves.The foremost thing in this list is the concept of a leader or ruler and a social setup.There was always a formal setup in family as well.
The leader is called the Rajan.Immediately people will think of the various civilisations as being fostered in their minds, the famous Arya and Dravida cultures.There are contradictions among the archeological people itself.Some are saying that Aryans have not entered the interior India (India is being referred to as bharat in ancient literatures) and some are denying that.
The civilisations that originated/settled in the bank of the river Indus are called Sindis (some people in the Marwadi community are still calling themselves as Sindis).People of these civilisations are called Hindus (let us take at this moment).if they have not crossed the river then were come the Dravidans in the list of Hindus? something to think? the dravidan origin will be in the banks of Krishna,Godavari and Tamirabarani. Some other thoughts are there as the Brahmins here to be the genes of Aryans.Can we think of it in some way or the other.
(Just remember I'm speaking only in the early stages of Veda). As per the archeological results, the people in Harappa or the so called Aryans don't know the metal IRON and the animal HORSE (since the remains of these two things has not been recovered yet).In temples even today (ancient temples of shiva,Vishnu) iron is not being taken into use.There should have some worship in the Dravidan region and before the arrival of Aryans.The Dravidans worshipped Pasupathi apart from the nature worship.There was some custom for the worship.People worshipped Pasupathi or so with some families doing the offerings or Pujas.These people were being respected by the society.If you think of a question of the status of these
people after the srrival of aryans, the answer would be more or less like this.They were being identified as "NAMBI'S" and added to the Brahmin community.Something not being exposed byanyone speaking pages about ARYO Dravidan cultures.Let us discuss the things in the next postings.
See let us first try to answer the question " is there anything called Hinduism".If something has been called as a religion which is having no philosophies which were built over the blood of Jews, which is formed and realised after 400 years of its founder,If there is something been called a religion which won't preach a systematic life,a life that never hurts others,a life without suicide bombers, why don't we call the group of people practising similar cultures and life as belong to "Hinduism".A religion is one which should sell itself among the people with its philosophies.Hinduism did it.It will do in the future also.The next thing is the controversies arising out of Hindu saints in the recent past.
The most extreme part is that people started supporting the ill notified saints on the grounds of Hindu laws.These people may be misinterpreting Hinduism for all mal practices.These people will generally compare the saints caught in sex scandals with viswamitra.Hinduism is based on something called "Dharma".It is not like what these people think that Dharma applies for all at all stages at all time at a standard form.the answer is yea but not in a standard package.Dharma is not static.It will vary with the environment and time but not on persons. Dharma is defined something GOOD accepted by the people at that time.It applies to the case of viswamitra as well.We will discuss all these things in the following posts.Once a British man commented that the Indian culture is built on the Veda and it is barbaric.Swami Arbindo replied that The Great Indian culture is fully built on Veda and nothing else. Let us think something better.

Pranab - Is he a man who knows the value of nothing

In this article i'm not in the track of either criticizing the budget as most of the people do and not going to praise the budget as most of the people say with the phrases "in general the budget is good".Then what for I've started a post like this.
It may be like I have nothing to do and hence started writing about a hot topic generally people want to discuss.So I started analyzing the budget with the minimal knowledge sticking at the peripherals of my brain.I found nothing new or nothing old.Nothing is good and nothing has been said bad.Is it possible in a country, which is being looked into by the world,the Finance Minister propose the budget with nothing inside.At this time I want to use some of my Grey matter to look into the content of the budget.
As rightly described by Tim Ford about Economists, in his book "The undercover Economist" as people who knows the value of nothing.The basic idea is that what is nothing today or non existence today would be a big issue tomorrow.So with this point I started analyzing the Finance Minister than analyzing the budget.Before thinking of putting comments on the budget let us think of the issues
in front of our FM before the budget and needs to be addressed.
Since I'm not an economist or Finance person let me explain in the words of a layman speaking financial terms.All of us know this is the budget after a recession that world faced and a slow down India faced.Not more than small reliefs can be expected from the budget as it has been paid in the previous budget itself.With the very few reliefs nearly 50 percent of the GDP (around 6 percent of the expected 12.5 percent GDP) is spent on the agricultural sector.A welcome issue even then the problem is, the funds are being repeatedly spent on the food for work etc..for enhancing the congress parties image or so.If these schemes are being spent repeatedly irrespective of the monsoon i.e., the investments in these schemes make people to demand for a similar wage in the agricultural field works too.Though it is a appreciable and a eye opener among rural people but the government has not fully looked into other issues like subsidies for fertilizers,seeds,agro machines etc...So this causes an increase in investment in the agricultural land per hectare and so small landlords are not in a position to pay the demanded salary to the laborer.Most of the small farmers sell their land to real estates and went for the Sonia flagged National Rural Yoganas for salaries.Being sent them to work Pranabji is saying lack of supply is the reason for the Food inflation which increased
to 16.58 percent can we blame the FM.Why not.But what is that agricultural minister doing.We have got such a power full Agri minister that he said the
cause for importing wheat in 2007 as "South Indians started eating parathas".He will speak lot on cricket than on agri. Why don't we change his designation.Yes but it is a coalition government running the country and "nothing" can be done.
As you look into the budget it will be clear reg the reduction in expenditures all through the budget.The recession is well over and why this
expenditure cut is being stressed and get criticism from all the Economists. Whenever you look into the history of India whether it is 1990 or 2003, a strong
fallback in the economy or the market will follow the year of high Fiscal deficit. The last year the fiscal deficit is about 10% and a fallback is very well be expected in the coming years.In the forthcoming budgets we need to give some bailouts though not to recover but to make it travel in its path.Also the world is closely expecting a currency crisis after the fallback of the Greece in EURO zone.
It may seem the reason is "nothing" for cut in expenditures but what is "nothing" may catchup a momentum in the near future.
The another interesting thing in the budget is the hike in Income tax slab for the working class.Though it seems to be a good news for the working class earning upto 5L/annum, the contradiction comes when applied to a common
middle class man.Is this announcement also a part of AAM ADMI budget? Mr.FM please clarify.The role of a king is not only to save the common man but also the man/organisation extending hands for him.yes of course it would be the banks doing the job.Because of recession no one was there to get credits out of the bank and people who already got the loans also reduce their numbers to repay.As a result the bad debts and NPA will increase.Though the agri loan waiver gave some boost
to the banks, the lending to the working class and SME's should rise.A man will take loan from the bank whenever he has got some amount in hand and needs some more.When he has got some amount with him without paying to his incometax, he may at least think of getting a loan from bank.But still the move of IT slab raises questions like AAM AADMI.
So criticizing a budget is rather easy task than delivering that.All the decisions in the Budget will get criticisms in one way or the other but the county's strategic growth should be taken care off which is a difficult task
I have analyzed some small moves within my knowledge limits.People want to add points are always welcome.

கனவு என்னும் வார்த்தை தூக்கத்தில் வருகின்ற கனவை குரிபதற்கே உருவானது என்றாலும் பெரும்பாலான நேரங்களில் நம்முடைய தொலைந்து போன வாழ்க்கை தடங்களை குறிபதற்கே பயன்படுகிறது .நாம் தூக்கத்தின் போது வரும் கனவுகளை பற்றியே இங்கே பேச முயற்சிப்போம் .ஏனென்றால் வாழ்க்கை கனவுகள் மனிதர்களிடையே வேறுபடும் அல்லது ரகசியம் காக்கப்படும் .கனவுகள் என்பதின் மூல வார்த்தை எந்த மொழியை சேர்ந்தது என்பது இப்போதைக்கு தேவை இல்லாத வாதம் என்றே நான் நினைக்கிறன் .நானுன் என் நண்பனும் கல்லூரி நாட்களில் கனவு 2D யா அல்லது 3D யா என்பன போன்ற சர்ச்சைகளில் ஈடுபடிருகிறோம்.இது கொஞ்சம் நண்பர்களிடையே பல விதமான யோசனைகளை தூண்டியது என்பதில் எந்த சந்தேகமும் வந்திருக்காது .(நாம் சினிமா தியேட்டரில் அமர்துல்லோமேன்றல் நாம் கண்முன்னே திரையில் ஓடுவது 2D என்றும் நாம் மற்றும் நம்மை சுற்றி இருப்போரை நாம் உணர்வது 3D என்றும் கொள்ள வேண்டும் ), இப்போது எங்கள் சர்ச்சை உங்களுக்கு புரிந்திருக்கும் . கனவிலே நாம் நடப்பதை தனியாக உணர்கிறோம அல்லது நாமும் பங்கு பெருகிறோம என்பதே எங்க கேள்வி .சரி இதற்கு விடை காணும் முன்பே என் நண்பனிடமிருந்து இன்னொரு கேள்வி எழுந்தது .கனவுகளில் நாம் காணும் காட்சிகளின் நிறங்கள் (கலர் ) உண்மையா அல்லது இந்த பொருள் இந்த கலர் என்று நாம் நினைத்து கொண்டு கனவு காண்கிறோம என்பதே அது .( அவனுடைய கேள்வி : கனவுகள் கலரா ? black & white?) இது போன்ற சர்ச்சைகள் நிறைய இடங்களில் போய் கொண்டு இருக்கிறது என்றாலும் இதற்கு இது தான் விடை என்று சொல்ல முடியாத ஒரு விக்யான கேள்விகள் தான் இவை .கனவுகள் பலிப்பதுண்டா அல்லது தொடர்வது உண்டா என்றும் கூட சிலர் சிந்திபதுண்டு .ஏன் நமக்கு கனவுகளின் மேல்
இவ்வளவு எதிர்பார்ப்புகள் ? நம்மை போன்ற ஒரு உருவம் நம் அருகில் நாம் செய்ய துடிக்கும் ஒரு காரியத்தை அனாயசமாக செய்யும் போது அது நமக்கு
எதிர்பார்ப்பை உண்டு செய்வது இயற்கை தானே ! என் இனொரு நண்பன் தன்னுடைய ப்லோகிலே கனவுகளை பற்றி குறிப்பிடும் போது நாம் இன்று நிஜத்திலே செய்கின்ற காரியங்கள் எல்லாம் கனவு இல்லை என்பதை எப்படி கண்டு பிடிப்பது ? நாம் கில்லி பார்க்கலாம் ஆனால் அதுவும் கனவில் நடக்கும்? ஏதாவதொரு சுவற்றில் எழுதி வைக்கலாம் .அதுவும் கனவானால் ? இப்படியே போனால் என்ன ஆகும் ? ஒரு வேலை நானும் யாரோ ஒரு காணும் கதாபாதிரமாஹா இருப்பேனோ ? என்பதஹா அந்த கட்டுரை நீள்கிறது .இது தொடர்பாக பல்வேறு இங்கிலீஷ் திரை படங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு விட்டன என்றாலும் நாம் ஒருவரின் கனவுலகின் கதாபாதிரமாக இருந்தால் நிறைய சாதிகளாம என்றே தோன்றுகிறது .

so called reasons for Economic crisis in this world and also responsible for the development of the underdeveloped or the developing countries.
